Dr. Simeon Wall, Jr., specializes in cosmetic surgery, with a focus on facial rejuvenation, nose reshaping, breast and body contouring.

After graduating as the valedictorian from his high school in Louisiana, Dr. Wall, Jr., studied at the University of Texas at Austin, where he graduated with honors. He then went on to earn his medical degree from the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio. For his internship and residency, Dr. Wall, Jr., attended Stanford University's prestigious plastic surgery program, which was the first in the country to incorporate plastic surgery into all five years of training. There, he trained with some of the most famous plastic surgeons in the country. Dr. Wall, Jr., received extensive training in complex reconstructive surgery, microvascular surgery, cranio-maxillofacial surgery, cleft surgery and aesthetic surgery. His comprehensive plastic surgical background has allowed Dr. Wall, Jr., to pursue his interests in facial rejuvenation surgery and breast and body contouring.

Dr. Wall, Jr., specializes in cutting-edge surgical techniques such as endoscopic surgery with minimal incisions, laser surgery, and liposculpture with tumescent, power-assisted or ultrasonic methods. He has written book chapters and published journal articles in plastic surgery literature, as well as having presented his research at several national and state meetings. Dr. Wall's patients have been featured on international infomercials, The Discovery Channel, local news channels and national advertising campaigns.

In addition to his practice, Dr. Wall, Jr., is active in Interplast, a philanthropic organization that recruits plastic surgeons to perform cleft lip and palate surgery for children in countries where they would otherwise lack access to plastic surgeons. He has volunteered his services in Peru, Mexico and Brazil.

Dr. Wall, Jr., is certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and is licensed in Louisiana and California. He is an active member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons and serves as the Secretary/Treasurer of the Louisiana Society of Plastic Surgeons, also serving as a member of the Medical Specialties Committee for the Louisiana State Medical Society. Dr. Wall, Jr., is on the board of directors for the Shreveport Medical Society and is a delegate to the Louisiana State Medical Society for the Committee on Medical Professional Liability. Dr. Wall, Jr., maintains membership in Stanford University’s Plastic Surgery Alumni Association, Zedplast.

Away from the office, Dr. Wall, Jr., enjoys spending time with his wife, Dr. Holly Wall, and their two boys, Trace and Casey. Dr. Wall, Jr., also participates in triathlons, golf, tennis, playing guitar and singing, snowboarding and duck hunting.
